I am not entirely sure what your app is but in general the session management needs to be handled per DatabaseId/Username combination. You have to request a token for each them if you need to access those databases.

I have PCRecruiter credentials and need to sign-in PCRecruiter CRM via my Vonage extension.
In My Vonage Chrome Extension application, I have a sign-in button to redirect PCRecruiter CRM Login Page

The URL will be like this
https://www2.pcrecruiter.net/pcr.asp?uid=odbc.xxxxx
In this URL Contain the Database Id (i.e) xxxxx

If I allow to a sign-in single client from my Vonage Extension. I will give the single client PCRecruiter CRM login page Url
Like this => https://www2.pcrecruiter.net/pcr.asp?uid=odbc.xxxxx

If I allow to login Multiple Clients from My Vonage Extension. How Can I give the Url to redirect multiple clients
Example
https://www2.pcrecruiter.net/pcr.asp?uid=odbc.xxxxx
https://www2.pcrecruiter.net/pcr.asp?uid=odbc.yyyyy
https://www2.pcrecruiter.net/pcr.asp?uid=odbc.zzzzz

If more than one database id users need to log in our Extension.
How to do that to login Multiple Database id?

I see you are looking to redirect to our login page but I am not sure what you are trying to get out of this. It is possible that end users have access to more than one profile (odbc.xxxxx and odbc.yyyyy for example). Generally speaking this type of set up is treated like two different clients.

What is more common is that a client will have access to multiple databases at the same URL. For Example:

Client Login URL: https://www2.pcrecruiter.net/pcr.asp?uid=odbc.xxxxx

Databases available for login: SalesDB, OfficeDB, or TechDB
The REST API databaseID value would be the following for each of these to be used in the Access-token request:
SalesDB.xxxxx
OfficeDB.xxxxx
TechDB.xxxxx

Each of these databases would require their own username/password combination as their is no guarantee that the username/password combinations are the same or exist across databases.

If you are looking to log in to multiple databases with one session through the REST API this is not possible.

Thanks for your response.
I understand that to get the access token for my api requests I need PCRecruiter userName, password and User’s database id. Will PCRecruiter users know his database id.

When they sign up for the API we work with them on getting the appropriate information together. If not they should be able to call in to support and get help finding the proper value.
