I’m a bit confused by the Resumes. In your documentation (http://www.pcrecruiter.net/apidocs_v2) it states to create a resume you send over FileName (string) and Resume (date). With just this, how do we actually send up the actual resume data? What am I missing?

My apologies. The documentation is still in testing along with final finished resources being added to it.

The data type is just listed incorrectly. There is an Add/Edit reference navigation on the right hand side which lists additional information on Adding and Editing some of the data. In general the format as as follows with a string of the base64 encoded bytes of the resume being uploaded.

Sample Add Resume
POST ../candidates/123123123123123/Resumes
{
“FileName”: “resume.doc”,
“Resume”: “Base64 bytes here”
}

Both data types should be listed as String in the documentation

So the Resumes must be an actual file? If we don’t get an uploaded resume, but rather just have text (copy and pasted into a web form), then we cannot use Resumes, we would have to use Attachments, correct?

You should still base64 encode the data you are submitting for the attachments Data: or Resumes Resume: properties.
If it is not coming from the file and is just in a web page (such as having someone paste some information into a text area) you would want to to just base64 encode the data.
