We are continuously getting account lock outs. Is there some way to review the server API logs to determine what is causing this issue?
It happened on our new database today – Horizon Clients using user code -api_user.
Any direction/help would be appreciated.
Hi Mario, I checked your log and found a number of failed login attempts:
Logon has failed due to invalid username and/or password.
It appears the IP address the bad requests were coming from is: 188.8.131.52, but it hasn’t happened in a few hours so if you adjusted something on your end I think that it worked.
Also it looks like the bad requests were going to “OrderBoard Inc.orderboardinc” but if you were using the same username in multiple databases that user would have been locked out.
