Hello,

I wanted to ask a question about the Interview Records data output and whether it is outputting correctly

When I query the interview records for the API I use this url:

https://www2.pcrecruiter.net/rest/api/interviews?SessionId={Session ID}

The data output only shows around 25 records of the interview data but also says that there are almost 16,000 records in our database. Is there a way to query the interview records to ouput them more completely?

Ideally I would be able to get the data on the amount of Submittals/ 1st Time Interviews for each recruiter. This may have to do with the Custom Field parameters but I’m not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can use ResultsPerPage (max is 100) and Query for the interview type(s) you’re looking for.

Thank you! The ResultPerPage parameter works beautifully. However, I am still unable to query for the 1st Time Interview status that I am looking for despite adding both InterviewType and InterviewStatus parameters. Would you know how to fix this?

Also, how would one view the other ‘pages’ of data past the first 100 results?

You can use &Page=2 to get to the next page, etc. This is all listed in the documentation on our resource definition site.

I’d need an example of what you’re searching on. If you’re not sure exclude those and take a look at some of the result examples to see if maybe you’re querying the wrong information.

Thanks again, the documentation is definitely helpful.

For example, I was trying to search on InterviewType=“Resume” in my query URL but it does not filter the interview type. I see that “Resume” appears in the InterviewType category for multiple results but the filter does not exclude the others.

Make sure you’re not using quotes around the word. You can also try using &Query=InterviewType co Resume (co = contains, eq = equals)

That worked, thank you Jarrid!
