GET users not working properly

Hello,

I am an engineer at DaXtra Technologies currently working on integrating PCRecruiter with our products for a mutual clients of ours, Morgan Hunter.

I’ve encountered an issue with the GET users operation:

Specifically, only values for the UserName and ActiveUser fields are being returned. For example:

{ “UserName”: “DAXTRATEST”, “FullName”: null, “EmailAddress”: null, “Phone”: null, “PhoneExt”: null, “ReplicationNumber”: null, “ActiveUser”: true }

This is the case for all users. I would like to retrieve the FullName and EmailAddress fields as well, but null values are being returned.

Could somebody please look into this? I suspect there may be a permissions issue but unsure – the API user which I’m using to acquire the access token is DAXTRA. I do not want to disclose any further information (database name, credentials, etc.) as this is a public forum, so if you require any more information to replicate the issue, please provide me with an email address and I will reach out (or just email me – my forum account is connected to my work email address). Hello Bartek,

You are correct that this is a permissions issue. They’ll need to give your “System Administrator” setting the “Full Permission” or “User Records” permission.
