"ExceptionMessage" Error

Please see below from my 3rd party developer. Thanks in advance.

I see now that even though PCR told us the message failed it was still getting saved. I retested this through the PCR API and got the following message: “Message”: “An error has occurred.”, “ExceptionMessage”: “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”

I’m honestly not sure what changed since this was working up until yesterday morning. Could you get in touch with PCR support again and ask them why the “POST /candidates/{CandidateId}/activities” endpoint is saving the message but also giving us the above error when it wasn’t before.

Can you please email the credentials (User/Pass/DB Id/AppID/API Key) and a few examples of the information that’s trying to be POST to jarrid (at) mainsequence (dot) net so I can take a deeper look?
