We are using a third-party integration, and all users at my company are assigned under a primary API.
I asked the third-party developer if we could use different API’s, but they said if different API’s are used, it would disable the integration.
Is it possible for our users to have unique API’s, as they have individual accounts with the third party software?
By relying on a singular API, the activities are written to the contact or account identifying the primary API user’s information vs. the user who if making the call.
