We have an API call going from our placement records in PCR to a 3rd party that takes the info and creates Invoices in QBO for us. We are having issues since yesterday with the connection saying we are “unauthorized” This is the message they sent me to look into:
**Looking at the error, it appears that there is a permission issue with your Custom Connector for PCRecruiter
Please try to reconnect to your App connections (I did and still got the error message) and make sure that your credentials have permission to pull out Company information.
Do you have any idea how I can fix this issue? The company set this up about 4-6 months ago and it worked fine until yesterday.
